IFFACHI saved Raimei's life, which is one hell of a first impression. As a result, he comes off to her as a rather upright kind of guy. His quiet demeanor makes her feel like she needs to pick at him more to figure him out. Thus, she pokes him. Incessantly. The fact that he's rather good friends with her brother is a reminder that Raikou is capable of being a pretty decent guy himself-- which she often forgets, especially while they're fighting. Sometimes, she wonders if she'd be able to poke at Raikou the way she does to Itachi if circumstances were different. In that respect, Itachi serves as a replacement older brother when she considers her own to be rather lacking in the sibling-like behavior department. His experience in camp makes his warnings and advice slightly more valid than that of the others she's met, even though she doesn't follow it. In the end, he's a good friend whom she respects a lot, even though it doesn't often come off that way.
