sorry this took forever. DX

KAN-CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!

Raimei supposes he's a nice enough guy. She's not really big on the education thing, so the folklorist dealio doesn't really interest her that much. On the other hand, she wants to pick his brains about it, since there are immortal beings in her world (all of two), but she's wary of telling him too much. He's obviously clever to her, and comes off kinda sneaky, and because of that she doesn't know if he's trustworthy or not. He does have some things working in his favor. The fact he's trying to find a way to help a friend resonates with her, and is something about him she respects.

Raimei and Oz had a conversation about Sharon at one point, so she was expecting to eventually run into someone super-girly, though she was assuming Sharon would be more of a damsel in distress type. Meeting her gave her a sense of "Oh. This is what a girl is supposed to act like." And Raimei wasn't sure if she could relate to someone like that, but Sharon's choice of a new pet put a spin of awesome on things, and Raimei was happily surprised and impressed. Sharon shows her it's possible to be tough without any masculine bravado, which earns her major cool points in Raimei's book. There's a definite possibility of bothering her again.
